Our Professional Staff

At Jelly Beans we pride ourselves on a team of staff, who have been employed members of the Jelly Beans teambecause of their care and commitment to childcare.

The staff are professionally trained and hold relevant qualifications, i.e. Cache Diploma, N.V.Q. or equivalent, and they all hold a First Aid certificate.

Our staff strive to create an atmosphere that is an extension of home and they work closely with parents as partners.

All children are allocated a keyworker who takes a special interest in their welfare, progress and development. This helps to reassure the parents that their children are happy, safe and secure, and each child's progress is fed back through observation, record keeping and assessment.

The keyworkers are supported by the Deputy Manager and Manager who form a very experienced management team, which ensures the overall development of each individual is correct.
